Following lunch (not provided), rejoin your air-conditioned minivan to depart from Epernay. This picturesque village, famously dubbed 'the birthplace of Champagne,' is primarily celebrated for its notable former resident, Dom Pérignon. As an innovative Benedictine monk, Pérignon devoted much of his life to crafting and refining Champagne.

Throughout the scenic route, punctuated by quaint villages and occasional stops, you'll bask in the vineyard's beauty. The culmination of your day will be a visit to a family-operated winery, where you'll indulge in a tasting of four distinct Champagnes before returning to Paris.
